I have my appt on Thursday. I felt a pain and a stretching sensation that went up into my upper calf, but no pop or tearing that I could discern. However everything feels a bit looser .. just not as stiff as before. After about 15 minutes or so the shooting pain was gone and my pain level was back to my normal. 9 hours later and I still have pain in my leg. Im worried I stepped forward and pulled On the tendon. Given your description of events, I would be very surprised if youve done any real harm. Should I be worried? I just had achiiles surgery on Monday 6/14. Freaked out!
